Green chose not to explain what got him the indefinite suspension that ultimately lasted four games.

“I’m just moving past it,” he said. “It’s in the past and I’m focusing on Auburn.”

When asked if he was disappointed in himself for his actions, Green said the following:

“Not really. I mean I was disappointed I put myself in a situation that I did. Other than that, like I said, everything happens for a reason.”

This statement pretty much sums up Green to me and pretty much defines the reasons for his poor decisions in the past. I think there will be more bad decisions by him in the future.

Anyway, Bama needs him this year and can do fine without him next year.  Best of luck to him.

I hope he keeps his head on straight for two more regular season games and the post season. We can win without him but we are a much better team when he is on the floor and playing well.
