   A little late to start, but I thought maybe this would be a good idea. If it takes off I may petition Admin to make a special section for it. ( Not just summer but, tail gating etc...)

Here is a simple but new favorite summer cocktail:

Drambuie and Ginger Ale:

Pour over ice, add two slices of lime. Secret Hint. Due to the infused Heather Honey, the Drambuie is slightly thicker than the Ginger Ale. So pour the mix first then add the Drambuie. ( The Drambuie will settle to the bottom .) Stir or shake extremely well. And enjoy!!


Ranch Burgers:

Add 1 pack of Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix to two pounds of ground beef.
Great with Pepper Jack Cheese and Bacon!!!

Added Grill Hints: Only Flip your burgers once, never press them with the spatula, and never poke them with a fork or knife (while on the grill.)  This applies to steak also.

Oh, and a "cocktail" recipe for those who do not "imbibe."

Arnold Palmer: 1/2 sweet tea, 1/2 lemonade!!!!

And for those who do, 1/2 Sweet Tea Vodka, and 1/2 Lemonade...
