I am more a traditionalist when it comes to the Star Spangled Banner too and I honestly don't care for that version.  However, I do like this version very much.

That is very awesome! I think I like the version that I posted because it stirs something in my soul. And if it will do it for me at 45 years old, maybe it will do it fpor a few people between my generation, and the generation of those awesome children in your post!!!
