Denard took off running 10 times and his longest run was 9 yards. He got a total of 27 yards rushing BECAUSE you DON’T RUN ON BAMA’S DEFENSE and stay HEALTHY! Denard got hurt hitting the Bama defensive player that intercepted one of his passes. That hit knocked Denard to the ground but the defensive player was still standing. Bama’s defense is TOUGH! You just don’t run on them if you value your life. All last year, every single game, Denard’s longest run was in the double digits against each team. His longest run against Bama was just 9 yards. No, Hoke isn’t making him a pocket passer, the Bama defense did that. They contained him and forced him to pass.
