"Michigan's Flop Against Alabama: Fan Reaction"

Coming in to this game, I expected Michigan to lose, despite being a lifelong Wolverines fan. I even expected a fairly wide margin of victory for Alabama--maybe 24-7 or so. Alabama is a seriously good team.

What I didn't expect, however, was Michigan looking completely incompetent.

Additionally, I learned that my preseason Heisman Watch list sports a glaring omission: T.J. Yeldon. I'll correct that mistake this week.

I also learned that Alabama is nothing close to the second-best team in the nation. Sure, USC gutted Hawaii by a score of 49-10, but Alabama crushed Michigan and barely broke a sweat doing it. If I was a pollster, I'd have no qualms at all about ranking Alabama No. 1 in the nation and moving USC to No. 2.
