Prosecutors said a deal reached Tuesday before the scheduled start of a trial for Brian H. Downing of Smith Station, Ala., calls for him to be sentenced to two years in jail.

2 years in jail for essentially being drunk and stupid at the same time.  Let this be a lesson to the stupid folks out there.  It's best not to add alcohol on top of stupidity.

I'm just grateful that it's only a handful of morons with no other connection to the team getting famous for things like this and not stupid things that our players or coaches have done like has happened with some other teams...

Would sure hope that God uses this to teach him the correct way instead of the worldly way. Why do you have to get drunk to go to a ballgame, is that a rule? RTR!
