Devotional 5/7/11 Matt. 5:44

"Matthew 5:44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;

I can say as a Preacher of the Gospel that everyday I meet people who Satan uses to persecute people. This really hurts to see people be so weak. Life will be this way until the end comes.
When people despitefully use you, it hurts sometimes but you have to have a tough skin and come to know that they need prayer. The Church is used by people to gain money to buy uses of the wrong things.
I say to you today that being cursed is not just curse words but hating, despising, and knocking your character. I see people who have no idea Satan is using them, they think it is something funny. Yet, what does the lord tell us in his words? We must pray for those people. I have prayed for many people not because of their home damage or their financial problems but because of the very words they say. Today be it known that you and I must pray for these people everyday. God Bless!

Amen, bro. ricky. Of all the commadments that the Lord gave us, I truly believe this may be the most difficult. Ain't no way I could do this apart from His grace, love and mercy helping me to do so.
