Alabama opens the season Friday against Oklahoma in Dallas, TX. The game will be televised by Fox Sports South at 4:00.

Levi Randolph practiced on Wednesday and could see limited action on Friday. CAG say he is rusty after the long layoff.

The last thing that happens on Bama's warm ups before a game is Levi usually tries a 3 pointer at the top of the key as the team heads to the dressing room. Even though he was in his sweats at Monday night's game, he tried his 3 pointer as the team left the floor and I then had a good feeling then that he was close to rejoining the team and today CAG says there's a possibility of it. It will be interesting to see just how much CAG lets him try his knee but I'm sure he's been going full speed in practice if he has any intentions of playing.

Does Fox Sports South stream games? I want to see the game, but FSS not on up here in the Mid Atlantic. They have this ridiculous obsession with ACC games for some reason.

The article said it was being carried by Fox Sports Southwest and regional coverage by other Fox outlets including Fox Sports South. You need to check your listings. I bet you will get it.

I am looking forward to this afternoon's game. I hope a different team shows up in Dallas than the one that struggled to beat west Georgia in overtime on Monday.

I don't expect Randolph to see much action today. His first practice was Wednesday. The good news is he should be back full speed very soon.
