This is not a simple issue.
Sometimes the WR blocks the CB, sometimes breaks outside, sometimes inside, etc.
The WR uses his hands, and knows where he is going.
The CB may have man coverage, or have help from LB inside or S behind. Lots to consider.
It's hard to play CB. That's why I played WR!
