I think the barn will need to retain the golden horseshoe to pull that off. They play at Kansas St, UGa and Bama. Home games include LSU, USCe and TAMU. I don't see it.

That's how I see it, too, with that schedule. the Tide & LSU defenses will be stronger, Georgia will want some revenge, and K. State & So. Car. can be tough. I see Barn going 9-3 in regular season.

These way too early top 25s are usually just a minor rearranging of the just-completed season's top 25. I'm not sure there should even be a poll before at least the third week of the season until we've seen what teams are actually doing on the field.
