A college coach going to the NFL. What could possibly have gone wrong? 



Most of the "experts" said his offense would change the NFL & revolutionize offenses & challenge defenses. He has changed the NFL, no one will use his ideas for offense after it's failure to deal with pro defenses.

His offense doesn't work in college either unless he plays in a conference where defense is an after thought.

Remember that 2010 game against Auburn?  Their defense was mediocre at best that year and they had no trouble stopping the mighty ducks.

Great point. Playing Oregon State, Washington State, Cal, Washington, Colorado, etc., didn't hurt, either.

LSU played Oregon in 2011, winning 40-27, after a late Oregon TD.

Similarly, Ohio State beat Oregon 42-20 in the championship game last year.

It's like Gus' offense, a gimmick that won't last.

Big time sports reporter from Baton Rouge told Finebaum that Miles was out. Also, Miles did a news conference & sounded like a whipped dog. Spoke in the past tense.

I think this was the most telling thing about the Oregon offense of all. It could score only 19 points on a very average SEC defense. It also spoke volumes about the quality of D's in the PAC-12.
