I sure wish the ladies were playing in Tuscaloosa this weekend so I could go watch them play...  Cry

Another good win for the ladies as they march toward another chance for a national championship.

Wow!  14-1 loss to aTm?  Seems like they play as a Jekyll & Hyde type team this year...

Something happened in the second game that got CPM tossed for the last game. I didn't get the whole story but TAM supposedly got a home run that CPM appealed and after the game the officials reviewed the play and agreed it was not a home run but tossed CPM for the last game. I don't have all the facts to what happened and how the appeal would affect that game but I think all of that had an affect on the the team mentally and it really showed in the last game. There was also a collision the the outfield between Chandler Dare and Haley McCleney in tha last game with McCleney getting a head injury that removed her from the game. Hopefully she didn't receive another concussion as she had one earlier in the season that kept her out of play for a week.

Let's hope a positive comes out of all of this and the team treats it as a wake up call as the season heads into the home stretch with tournament time ahead.
