Click here for linkTUSCALOOSA, Alabama -- Two of Alabama's biggest hitters are true freshmen.
The Crimson Tide locker room might be more impressed with Trey DePriest (33) and Vinnie Sunseri (3) than if a movie star such as Mila Kunis paraded along the Alabama sideline.
Simply stated, their play on special teams has been sizzling.
DePriest announced his arrival in a 48-7 win against Kent State snuffing out the Golden Flashes with a team-high 10 tackles in his first game at Alabama.
Sunseri's calling card was a powerful hit on a Penn State blocker during a Nittany Lions kick return in the Tide's 27-11 victory last weekend. The explosive force of the hit ignited the press box with plenty of praise.
That was a hell of a hit by Sunseri.
