Click here for linkBRIDGEPORT -- A city man who claimed Viagra made him masturbate on two female customers at two different Fairfield department stores was granted a special form of probation Monday.
Over the objection of the prosecutor, state Superior Court Judge Frank Iannotti granted so-called psychiatric accelerated rehabilitation for 23-year-old Jean Leconte.
Under the program Leconte, of Colorado Avenue, did not plead guilty to the charges of fourth-degree sexual assault, breach of peace, public indecency and obscenity pending against him, but was placed on two years of probation by the judge.
Leconte must complete outpatient mental health treatment and must specifically abstain from Viagra during the probation.
According to police, on July 17, 2010, a local woman was shopping in the pillow section of Kohl's, on Tunix Hill Road, when she felt something touch her lower back. When she turned around police said she saw Leconte standing behind her masturba
