Davis is recovering from non life-threatening injuries authorities indicate after he was treated at UT Medical Center.
One law enforcement officer reportedly heard several people indicate that Davis may have shot himself in the leg with a small caliber bullet, according to the incident report obtained by the Knoxville News-Sentinel.
