This time, it sent Vanderbilt starting quarterback Larry Smith to the bench with a lower leg injury after two series.

"He could have come back ~~if we needed him to~~, but he was afraid to; I felt we would give Jordan (Rodgers) an opportunity to see what he can do," first-year Vanderbilt coach James Franklin said.

I love it..While I do not like to see any player get hurt so bad it ruins his career, etc., let's all remember Football is a very physical game, and someone always gets hurt, some more than others. Hey, CPPB played one time with a broken leg!!

More of this, and opposing QBS will be wearing body armor..and I believe we are already in their heads!
