I'm so sick of the government trying to dictate our every activity in the name of "political correctness". I think chewing tobacco is disgusting, however, nobody gets 2nd hand smoke from it, so let 'em do it if they want to. If it doesn't bother the non-chewing players, it should not be of any concern and the senate should just keep their da#@ nose out of MLB's business. It's like the steroid issue. Like there are no more pressing problems in this country than players doing steroids. Don't get me wrong, I'm dead set against steroid use in baseball, but it's none of the government's business. JMO.
