"This is a delight for pro scouts to watch live and it's a delight for getting tape at looking at all these guys," Brandt said. "Both of these teams do a tremendous job of not only recruiting players, but developing them."
The NFL Draft bears that out. Over the past three years, Southern Cal leads the nation with 27 draft picks, followed by LSU (18) and Georgia (17). Alabama has 16 picks since 2009, tied for fourth with Florida, Oklahoma, Ohio State and Iowa.
