Earn up to +10 E-Cred for each referral

For each referral who signs up here and creates a post with the name of the person who told them about the site, both the new person and the person who referred them will get +5 E-Cred.  If the new person is a lady and sets the gender field in their profile, both people will get an extra +5 for a total of 10 each.

Why do I give a bonus for the ladies?  Well it is simple.  Most men will be on their best behavior when they know that ladies are present.  The more ladies we have in here, the better the men will behave themselves.

For that matter, I am going to start occasionally giving all of the ladies +1 e-cred from time to time.  Right now we have almost 10 times as many men signed up.  I expect their to be more men than women since this is a sports site.  But I would like to get the ratio down a little lower than that.  So, to all you ladies who are already signed up, be sure to set the gender field in your profile so you will receive the +1 e-creds when they start.
