Alabama's newest nose tackle, Jesse Williams, became a big name to Alabama fans before he even set foot on campus, and his story is a long and interesting one.

Williams was practically a household name among the Tuscaloosa faithful even before his first practice, and for good reason.

He isn't exactly a once-a-generation player, but Williams has the ideal build to play nose tackle.

What Jessie has acomplished in his short time at Bama is almost unbelievable, most folks would say it is impossible. This young man had never seen or played football  the way it is coached and played at Bama but yet here he is after one year of playing time, an all-american and a future high NFL draft pick and has a great chance to wear two national championship rings when he graduates this fall.

I have to rank his story right at the top of any past Bama players and their accomplishments at the University of Alabama. Roll Tide!!
