1. From they  received the call? I seriously doubt that. It may have seemed that way. I bet the response time was < 5 minutes. And if not someone needs to void the contract with whom ever, and find a new EMS to cover the stadium.

wonder if anyone trying to make a 911 call was having results like trying to
make a call in BDS on game-day , never tried to call 911 but making a call is
almost impossible ...

Figures it was a UT fan. In all seriousness, I doubt it took long for ems crews to get there. They have them stationed all over the dome.
