You know the story. The teabagger from Alabama -- but let's not get too caught up in the Alabama part. This isn't a time to pile on Alabama fans, because this wasn't Alabama fans. This was Alabama fan. This was one guy. Yeah, I know, alleged tree-poisoning Harvey Updyke was another Alabama fan. That's two. Two out of, what, 10 million Alabama fans? Leave Alabama alone on this one.

He must be trying to lure us in for his next hit piece...

I've been around the UA for over 40 years and met thousands of
Alabama people , these two do not fit the mold of a "BAMA FAN"

at least this is one story that highlights that , actually this
is the only story I've read that said it like Doyel did ... so ,
I will give him a thumbs up , for now ....

True. There's been way too much attention paid to these 2 guys. Aside from them and the 2 people that sat behind me at the Ole Miss game, I've never met a bad Alabama fan.

J wasn't sitting where I was, but the guy over my right shoulder acted like a garbage truck backing up every time OM had a penalty or was stopped for a loss. That was much of the night.  It was the most high-pitched, ear-splitting noise I have ever heard. The lady over my right shoulder, who didn't have a clue about how football works, whined and complained the whole time about Bama not performing to a 72-0 shellacking of OM level. The straw that broke the camel's back was when play stopped and she is whining with the same ear-grating pitch that "Back-up Bubba" had and whined "What was the penalty?, What was the penalty?" Her significant other said "There was no penalty, it was a time out".

Other than that, it was a great day.

I E-bagged Greggy 2 or 3 times last season.  Should you turn on your TV some future season and no longer recognize college football, it is because he and the Big 12 (but don't forget the name Jim Delaney) are too lazy to encourage their prospective teams to work hard, and recruit athletes willing to work hard on all facits of the game. It is much easier to attempt to change football through legislation.  I'm sure we could find similar cases of "fans gone wild" within all the fanbases in America. I hope this helps Greggy Numbnuts!
