that's exactly right and I have been shouting it for months ! thank you !

we as college football fans as a whole were cheated out of the 2010 season by auburn and their cheating
it took something away from the season that is kind of hard to explain exactly but the year was ruined
call it a big distraction , a circus , a turmoil of football hell  or the dark underbelly of amateur sports
it took so much away from the 2010 season that a lot of people hate auburn now

and that's what the boogers refuse to recognize , it's not just us over in turdville that hate them anymore 
now it's most of the college football world , everyone is sick of cammie juice and his rotten dad
the two bit staff they have over on the plains that direct the underhanded dirty deeds
from recruiting to chop blocking to waving towels over their heads they have made people hate them .   
and don't even mention their inbred tin foil hat wearing fan base and their stupid mouths .

and they blame everything that's wrong at au on Alabama , the REC or Tuscaloosa in general .
they have did this to themselves but they are paying us back for it

I can promise you right now, this is exactly what they are doing. They will probably go back looking at some of the thugs Shula brought in.

Everything I said on Tidesports of the reason Callaway switched was out of the mouth of Peaches.  I did not say at the time (because of the outcry bama fans were having about Cecil being too involved...I knew the Aubies could say that was hypocritical and didn't wanna feed the monster) but Peaches walks around Russellville either in a suit or bama gear...It would not take a payday to get him to show his support for UA...he's a homer from way back despite what he has said to the national media.  The coach at Russellville at the time was pushing for Auburn...wonder why nobody looked into that when we flipped to AU???

Now that I think about it, that may be why some of this is happening now.  The one Alabama player interviewed on the HBO special says he got nothing while the 4 former Auburn players all say they got paid.

Since you were around then (I was born in the 70s, so you haz a few years on me  ) and know the situation now, what is you opinion on the nastiness of this rivalry and the state of college football in general? Many people say it has gotten worse than it used to be, but I think it has always been this bad but it was less known simply because of the lack of 24 hour news and the Internet.
