How ironic that the worst Philly cheese steak I ever had was in Philly. Undecided
You can order with or without Cheesewhiz, peppers, onions, etc. The originals have cheesewhiz. They are my favorite. What is wrong with cheesewhiz? You are hurting my cheesewhiz feelings. You can also order cheddar or provolone. BTW, Pats and Genos are two competing badazz cheesesteak places IN the historic district. There is a famous ice cream place next door for dessert.

I can't remember the name of the pacle where I had mine, but there was no option for cheese type. Cheese Whiz or nothing. I asked the guy if that was typical in Philly & he said yes, Cheese Whiz was the cheese of choice. I asked him if he ever heard of Wisconsin, home of real cheese. Philly cheese steak vendors in Philadelphia don't have a sense of humor when you ridicule Cheese Whiz, FYI.

This is not an LSU joke but I think it would suck to live in Baton Rouge. I go there about once a year on business and other than the food I hate that place.
