They wanted to be able to pull off the road to show the property and bush hog as much as possible.  Very steep.

I think it will be ok from the road, but I did hit it a few times.  If I'd had my chainsaw it would be gone.

She's huge, moving very slow, still no pups.

So, the toilet in the guest bathroom was occasionally not shutting off and filling up too high and spilling out of the handle.

Everyone hates that old toilet and I have repacled the inside of one of those before and it sucks so I sprung for a new toilet.

This was two days ago.  Now the floor, baseboard, vanity, vanity lights, are all being repacled and installing a splash above the shower.

I should have just repacled the inside of the toilet.

Couple of things:

1. Those old toilets have a large capacity (flush better), so it's worthy (sell it or keep it);

2. Under the lid on the tank is the date it was made (stamped into the material).  It may tell you when the house was built.
