He went missing from here on 8/14.  This is not good.

I have an old laptop I used last year when WV and I were emailing back and forth. I will look on it and see if I can find any more personal info like a phone number or something.

He did post that one of his daughters was entering vet school in Redstick. I don't know if we could get a message thru the school to her or not.

I also think that his company sent a truck load of supplies to Tuscaloosa after the tornado, if I remember correctly.  I think he may have given his number out to some people then when they where trying to co-ordinate everything.

Morning. Coffee is made, with the first cup down. The Boy is fed and dressed. Gotta do some biology studying after I drop him off at school. Then off to Bama Fever to find our good friend Mike a little pick me up gift while he's in the hospital.

Peace Out, Roll Tide and God Bless! 4 days 4 hours!

Mornin' guys. Reuben, whoever Mike is, I hope he's ok.

Southern Tider on here and on the old T.S. Great guy and HUGE Bama fan. There is a post / prayer request for him in Cantabbury Chapel.

Are you talking about S-AL-Tider?  I haven't seen anybody registered here as Southern Tider.

Yes, my goof, sorry. Still trying to think to much, when I'm not use to it.

Update in Cantabury. I just finished visiting him today.

Hey rueben, do you remember anything about a truck load of supplies from BAMAWV's company back when the tornado hit?  I think he may have given his phone number out to someone during that time.  We need to track him down and give him a call to check on him.  His disappearance is very suspicious, and a lot of us are concerned about him.

SC, I went thru all over a 100 emails. No personal info. He did send me a real picture of the ultimate sabanite - rammer jammer wren from a ballgame. Courtesy of Bill Brosky#48. So Bill Brosky may know him. The email address is the same. Also he said a good friend of his was a ref that called the bowl game between MSU and Bama.

Sorry. That is all I've got so far. Most of the stuff we sent back and forth was politics and jokes.

As a person who loves Virginia, let me point out that (according to the historians at Monticello) TJ never said that.  Click here for link

Regardless, WV apparently chose to stop communicating.  I do not think he'd appreciate being tracked down.  He'll come back when he's ready, which will likely be this week.

I remember him sending the truck, but I have no contact info for him.

Tropical Storm Katia expected to be a hurricane soon.  Could threaten the East Coast next week.  Nearly 70 mph, will be category 3 by weekend (some models say it'll be a category 5 after that).  Too early to predict whether it will hit US or simply turn north and die in the cool water of the north Atlantic.

Hopefully NOT.  It's just the season for their development, and it's been a hot summer (so they'll continue to appear).  This one could be bad.  I reviewed what's known about the steering currents, but so far there is no consistency to the upper-level winds that could affect it.  So we'll have to wait.

Just watched the local weather and their saying it depends on how strong the high pressure in the Atlantic becomes as to how it will impact the east coast, if it does at all.

If you say so- I don't know him that well.  That is rather unfortunate.
