The job went well.  We ended up doing more holes than expected and getting some extra money.

And then I took a crappy turn too sharp and hit the curb.  Blew the tire and effed up the rim on the trailer.  It's a tandem, the caddy-corner tire (kitty-corner if you're a yankee) went flat, I dont know if that's what happens or if it was rdy to go or what.  So that part all sucked real bad.

We were screwed obviously, a tow truck stopped, people blow tires there all the time because it's a crappy curve.  Anyway, tow truck guy jacked it up and blocked it so I could run on three, then blocked traffic so I could get to the station to air up the other flat.  He refused to take a single dime.  I did get his name so I can at least tell his boss.

Anyway, we drove her home on 2.5 tires at 30 MPH, by the time we got here it was just two.

I'll bet you're worn out after that. Good job under adverse conditions. Kudos to the guy that helped you out.

Yeah, with so many crappy people in the world, it's nice there are people like that still around.  Having a cute blond girl with me probably helped.

Yeah, they're pretty handy in that department.

Does Gus Malzahn end up as HC at Mississippi at end of season?

Hard to say this early but what other schools will have openings?

Penn State is one I believe. UCLA is another. Arizona possibly.

Is Oregon State tried of Mike Riley, (Alabama's HC for 4 hours)?

Ole Miss might want Malzahn, but I doubt he'd take the job if offered.  And I doubt they could afford him anyhow.

No tire places carry the rim.

Tractor Supply Company has it, with tire, for $140  Shocked

The guy who built the trailer is going to sell me one for $65, with a tire.

This seems odd to me.

1. Trailer tires blow more than any other tire, everyone carries the tire, but no one has the rim?

2. WTH is TSC doing charging that much more than market for the da#@ thing?  Do they run around buying out all the tire stores? (I know they do not)

Without Gus the boogers will be in very bad shape.  I am sure they have his family kidnapped, or some really good blackmail or something.

Barn callers on Finebaum want Ted Roof fired.   Laughing

Ted Roof's defense gave up 110 points and over 1600 yards in only three games. What's the problem?

I thought CheeseDip was the master mind on defense, and Roof was just doing what he was told.  Imagine how horrible they would be if Malzahn had went to Vandy at the end of last season.

Cheesedip is going to be looking for two coordinators next year. Some of the current assistants will want the jobs. I see problems for the barn.

I hope the boogers get hit with NCAA sanctions reducing scholarships by 21 at end of season, right after going 4-8 for the year. Then Cheesedip has to hire some good coodinators willing to go to West Ga....

Just got back from a wine tasting that my daughter sponsored. She told me she signed up here at CRS. She will be posting here as BamaBred. Give her a warm welcome when she posts so I don't have to send Chech and WV after ya. She has the same warped sense of humor that I have, only funnier. Get your e-creds warmed up for her.
