I fully agree that Alabam is the better team of these two, but this game is never a blowout. For that matter, Lsu beat them last year and probably should have in the Tide's championship year of 2009 but were on the wrong end of a terrible out of bounds call. Either way, these two teams usually bring out the best in one another.

The other reason it won't happen is that Saban is smart enough to not put the game in McCarron's hands with a highpowered offensive attack. He wasn't even willing to do that against us. He'll play great defense(turnovers, field position), turn it into a lead, and rely on TR to run the clock and wear down Lsu. His version of "style points" is physically dominating the other team, not scoring a ton of points. I'd be shocked is it's double digits even.

That has nothing to do with our shot against Lsu. As bad as Saturday night was, the one advantage is that we won't be going in overconfident, the Tigers may be, and we have a wildcard at the QB position, from which no one knows what to expect.
