Time to climb back into the car for that drive again.  No telling who might be along that road this morning.  MW, this one's for you.  Smiley
Forensic tire track expert? I threw one of the girl's sweaters in the dryer with my jeans and it ended up like that. Sad World's worst hooker (traffic count low)?  Whomever she's pissed at--I bet she changes her mind in another mile or two!

Must be in Texas or some other big state. County road numbers kind of high up there from the looks of the sign she just passed. Actually the whole thing looks European, probably France. They like wearing tiny sweaters there.

Austin HS had a big win last night. We beat Gadsden City 24-21 in a very good game. We go to 6-1 on the year and 4-1 in 6A Region 7. We have another tough game next week against No. 3 Clay-Caulkville.

Valley won a game finally, 26-24. HUffman was going for two points to tie the game with under 3 minutes to go and fumbled the snap. 1-6 so far with Trussville, Oxford and Vestavia left. Looks like a 1-9 record.

MaxPreps has Huffman winning 26-24? They must have it backwards.

I can not blame them since Valley was 0-6 going in. That is funny. Score was 18-7 and SV came back to win 26-24.

I'm sitting here watching some weird people walk past (at the gun show).  This is worse than WalMart.

So what did the lady at the "dead end dirt road house" look like? I was kinda hoping for a more romantic ending than the gps angle. I can only imagine what the 4 wheeler guys were up to, and what went through their head as the line of traffic approached. Keep me posted on stuff like this.

BTW, "good morning".

LOL.  I think the guys were night hunting (poaching deer), and you're right, they probably panicked when a line of ~8-10 cars turned onto their road.

Romance at the end of the road?  She looked like 2 miles of dirt road.  I could have likely bought meth from her; no way I'd romance that wasted old bag.

Your mention of meth reminded me of a story I read in the Greenville, SC newspaper while I was there this week. Apparently the state of SC is trying to outlaw bath salts, the kind you can buy at most any store. Have you heard about this? Apparently if you ingest it it through snorting or injecting, you get a Cocaine -like high, with extra added bonuses of hallucinations and paranoia. I guess I've been out of law enforcement too long. This is the first I've heard of it.

How in the world do people figure that out?  Is there some mad-scientist chemistry major in a back room somewhere analyzing common household products that could potentially be used to get high?  Or does some village idiot in a trailer park somewhere just go around snorting, licking, injecting, and smoking everything until they get a buzz?

My guess in the latter.

Can't be any worse than the carnival Red River Rivalry. I'm expecting both coaches to wear orange wigs and big floppy shoes. I'll bet it is hard on the marching bands to carry the pipe organs around, to play their carny music. Ring toss on Dr. Pepper bottles at half time. Fried dignity on a stick. LOL

I went to that game once.  The Texas State Fair is great, huge, best of everything.  Lots of fun.  I ate a fried turkey leg that must have weighed 3 pounds.

Just watched Oklahoma get off the bus to walk into the stadium-- in tee shirts and jeans?  Video taped earlier.
