I thought switchblades were illegal.

It's an interstate-commerce law.  The Congress made it illegal to manufacture or transport switchblades across state lines for sale.  I can sell them in Mississippi, but can't take them to other states.

In addition, some cities have local ordinances against switchblades.  In many cities you can carry an AK-47, but not a switchblade.  Birmingham has such an ordinance, so I can't sell them in B'ham.  But you can buy AK-47s there, plus all the ammunition you'll ever need.

How do you know how much ammunition I'm gonna need?

I need two thousand rounds of 6.8 Remington SPC. Revolution in the air.

I live with them on Montague Street. In a basement down the stairs. There was music in the cafes at night and revolution in the air.

Have you read Undaunted Courage?  Lewis and Clarke thought that about bears too.  Then they shot one through the lungs, and it chased them for half a mile and into a river.

I figured WV was sporting a 50 cal or a SAM or a bazooka maybe

Right on target (no pun), X! We do our killin' the old fashioned way- but here at Ft. BAMAWV, when we put one soldier (Grandma likes to call 'em sweeties) in each window, they'll pray it was a Kalashnickoff.

a few years ago I went out and followed their trail around to check it out
times have really changed I guess , never saw the first bear
did see a some moose and antelope and whatnot
the only run in with wildlife was actually up around Moose Jaw Saskatchewan, Canada
a big azz moose stood in the highway and refused to move ,
the traffic was backed up for a quarter mile or so and some crazy french guy was running around
screaming "GET THE GUN SHOOT THE MOOSE !"
