Sometimes I feel bad about having been here two years and not speaking the language.  Then I read something like this and don't feel so bad.  It's weird that I think not knowing the language actually makes living here easier.

All that goes on the burn pile/contained pit. Leaves and late season grass cuttings go on vegetable garden. along with a layer of mushroom compost, lime, and fireplace ashes.
