I've got 2 field rides with an agent on sales appointments today then I've got to retrieve my pool furniture from the pool. Heavy wind blew them in the other night. Other than that, not much.

News:  It's ironic that the news people are fixed on "How did Ghaddify (pick your spelling) die?  Was he executed?"  It's clear that he was attacked by jets and a drone firing missiles.  Apparently that's not an execution.  The news talking heads care more about whether some of the young, enthusiastic rebels tired of hearing Ghadafi scream, "Don't kill me, don't kill me...[ad infinitum]" at the top of his lungs, so one of them simply shot him.  Perhaps the shooter used that cool gold 45 they were waving around.


Suspect or hero?

That would be my guess, looking at the video. They had him laid back with an arm around his neck, gun in hand. I think the kid shot him.

J, what are you guys cooking for the tailgating tomorrow?

I'm gonna do the grill. I'm thinking country ribs, boneless chicken thighs, and link sausage and I'm sure there will be other meats that folks will bring and ask me to cook it for them. There will also be a big pot of chile and I think we have one that is frying some catfish fillets.

Off to work.  Jamos, that looks delicious.  And to think, I could be there in 3 hours of driving...hmm.

But there are trees to cut up and work here to get done.  You boys enjoy yourselves and smoke a cigar.  Roll Tide.

We've got several people coming over for the LSU game. Otherwise, I'd definitely take you up on that. That chili sounds good. I think I'll cook up a pot. The weather's right.
