Since it's bye week, I'll encourage discussion of a purchase I made at the auction.  It's a travel kit, old.  There is a leather-covered hard case with a lock (why?), brushes made of boar bristles, tortoiseshell comb, ivory handles all around, and silver-capped containers.

I paid $18 (I think) for it.  I can't decide how much to ask for it at the gun show this weekend.  Maybe $35?  It's cool, but I don't want to keep it.  "Discuss."

Bump for pricing advice.  The nit comb has information written in French, so maybe there is a Cajun or LSU connection.

One other thing I failed to mention. IMO, Dont'a had his best game last night. Every time I looked at him he was knocking somebody's jock strap in the dirt. He played like a man possessed, even in the first half. He was the only player I saw with real intensity in that first half. Kudos to him.

I used the term "jock strap" and not something else 'cuz after all, this is a family forum.
