What a day. 8am: TV talking nothing but the Tide. 10am: switches to Tuscaloosa for a closer look at the game. I mean you can't flip channels without landing on a Coach Nick Saban or Carson Tinker interview. Some other games to fill the afternoon (not really sure who played) with Tide commercials and halftime segments about the game. Eli coming on strong to get the scene set. Fifty-three minutes of Tide talk until THE game. TOMORROW promises much of the same. This is the way life ought to be. BTW, 34-6 RTR

WV, sounds like you're set for the big win.  I'm going to enjoy this game, not get caught up in the craziness, cursing, and shoe throwing.  I've got my (Belize) One-Barrel Rum, which is what I had for the Texas game 2 years ago. 

LF is at a wedding (sigh), and a buddy of mine is on his way over to watch the game.  We have just 30 minutes to go before the start.  I'm ready to watch the masterpiece.  Roll Tide Roll.

I just now saw the replay of the interception. At the game we celebrated and thought it was  "Alabama - First and Goal" at the one!

After watching replay: I know it should have been first and goal!!!

I don't have an AP vote like last season, but I don't know how I'd put any team over Bama at No. 2. Still a very good team.
