Almost dinner time.  We're having grouper (Black Grouper) caught this morning, plus sashimi (tuna caught this afternoon).  We also caught a mahi mahi (dolphin).  Stay tuned for the pic of that AND who caught it.

That sounds great. I have been off this week and we have been cooking steaks, pork chops and chicken. I thought we were eating good until I saw your post. The fish sound good, especially the black grouper.

Are you having the fish grilled, blackened or some other way?  Tongue

Wow! I never thought you'd give the benefit of the doubt to anything associated with the state of South Carolina. I think you even have your reservations about me, because I spent time there.

If you liked the Jimmy Hinton, bird dawgs stories you'll love Garden and Gun magazine. I read, even the ads, cover to cover the day it comes in the mail. Then beat it half to death referring restaurants for example, to various friends around the South. Big article this month: Made In The South from foods to fashion, the finest stuff made in Dixie. Just a great magazine that I'm sure some of you would enjoy as much as I have.
