You've never had "fun" until you drive an MG through snow in the mountains.  I sold it soon thereafter.

I'm a bit paranoid.  My buddy in Louisiana told me he'd been hit (rear-ended) by inattentive drivers 3 times in 6 months.  He said all of them were women, and all of them were texting.  Add snow and ...

I'm a bit paranoid.  My buddy in Louisiana told me he'd been hit (rear-ended) by inattentive drivers 3 times in 6 months.  He said all of them were women, and all of them were texting.  Add snow and ...  

I have to agree with you on the cell phone and texting statement, it is a big problem on the roads. But the sad part of it is, I see a lot of law officers driving and talking on the cell phone as well.

Satellite TV has reset.

  You had me wondering there for a moment with the snow on the tv. Maybe you were watching the weather channel when your tv was so snowy.

Kidding aside, several channels were poor quality.  So poor that I couldn't see the golf ball on CBS and at times NBC and CBS weren't in color.  The cable guy came out (again) to try to get it right, but concluded, "It's your cable within your house."  So I asked him to run a cable directly from the pole, through my front door, to the TV.  He did.  No improvement.  I looked at him and said, "Get the cable out of my house", and went to order Direct TV.

I don't blame you at all. I've had a similar experience with Charter and finally demanded a technician be sent out. When he left, my tv and computer was much better. I argued with them for 2-3 weeks that they had a physical problem with their facility and needed to send a tech out, it's hard to convince some of this over the telephone and them sitting in a cubicle many miles away.
