We've about finished the bathroom, at least the part I'll help finish.  Here's a photo of it so far:

Looking good. Slap a little paint on those walls and it will look just like a bathroom.

Home plate is 60 ft 6 inches from the pitchers mound. I threw it right down the middle, oh about 57 feet, a real nice one-hopper. My FSIL took video. When he sends it to me, I'll post it. My form looked good, though. I decided against the brewsky, but had a nice cold one directly after.

57' is 95% of the way.  I'd be happy if AJ completed that many!

A few observations on "The Pitch":
1.  I see good form (especially the brunette in white shorts);
2.  If it's "Pensacola Blue Wahoos", why is everyone wearing red except the team?
3.  AA minor league team?  The players look about 4' tall short.
4.  You have a mink (  ) around your neck?
5.  The palms look dead.
6.  There's no advertising on the grandstands (opportunity lost).
7.  Your left toe is facing 3rd base.  No wonder you bounced the pitch!  LOL
8.  You ... your ... never mind.  E-cred for raising awareness/funds for breast-cancer research.  Thanks for the pic. 
9.  Awaiting the video.

There's nothing wrong with one hoppers to home plate, the Brave's pitchers do it all the time. Hope you had fun.

That's the million dollar question. They actually had a fan vote to determine the nickname. I think some jokester stuffed the ballot box. Anyway, they normally wear blue, but the organization just got a 4 year extension from the Reds so last night was "Red-Out" night. I think they should have been called the "Red Snappers".

Hey 2, at least it was in the direction of the plate. Some I have seen have ended up going more toward 3rd base.

You only threw it about 48-50 feet since you started at the bottom of the mound and rolled bounced it in. It might have been a strike if you were on a 12 year olds field.

In George Bush's book Decision Points he tells about throwing out the first pitch at a Yankee's game after 9/11. He was in the clubhouse taking some practice throws. Derek Jeter came up and talked to him for a minute. Jeter told him it was not a big deal, don't be nevous, etc. As he walked away he tuned to Bush and said "Don't bounce it, they will boo you if you bounce it". Bush said he threw it high and wide but it did not hit the ground.
