LF and I had a great day, getting some requirements done, then visiting with friends and family.  I spent much of the day at UNC, but didn't get to visit any football facilities.  Everything was closed up; between semesters.

We ate at restaurants on Franklin Street, and had ice cream at Cold Stone.  Good day.

Mornin'. Yesterday in the golf tourney it was cart path only in brutal heat. It was all I could do to stay a couple of hours at my friend's party. When I posted that my plan after that was to crash & burn, I had no idea, lol!

Not especially hot here.  It was about 92 today, dry and breezy.  No problem with the heat (but I'm not walking a golf course).

We drive to Mississippi tomorrow.  Wish us luck (i.e., pray for a safe trip).  Thanks.

Godspeed tomorrow, Chech. I just got back from Chuck E. Cheese, celebrating the grandson's 3rd birthday and now I'm ready to kick back and watch a little pre-season football. It ain't college, but will have to do for now.
