TWC people are thrilled that there is actually an eye now forming. They were pretty disappointed with the possibility of Isaac only being a TS. FWIW, we've had a couple of wicked wind gusts of about 18 miles an hour and about .2 inches of the 10 inches of rain they are predicting for here, lol!
