Jovon Robinson, the Aub recruit from Memphis who was ruled ineligible, initiated a NCAA investigation.  But Jovon is also the talk of Memphis, with investigators from local and national sports reporters digging into his past and that of other recruits from Memphis.  Finebaum has some info.  CH 3 in Memphis has some.  Maybe we'll hear more details later this afternoon.

Perfect timing.  Let's distract the barners going into the ULM game.  Laughing

Afternoon gents. Just got our TV up here late yesterday, so I am having to play catchup on football type stuff. At least I got it going before Monday Night Football tonight when the Ravens play Cincy. I trust everyone is behaving themselves (READ: acting like normal).  Laughing

Technically, I am below the Mason-Dixon Line, so .....  Laughing

And I don't think anyone in this state actually pulls for the Terps. They get more attendance at local high school lacrosse games.

I am big on the Ravens and the Orioles, though. O's only a game back of the Yankees.  Applause E-Cred Applause E-Cred

Darn tootin'. Most sports guys had written them off, but so far the Birds have hung around. They keep it like this down the stretch, and think they are going to be tough in the playoffs. I would LOVE IT if Buck Showalter got a little revenge on the Stankees.

Yeah, I would like to see that too. Buck is from right up the road from here in Century. In fact, when you drive through Century on hwy 29, you pass "Showalter Park" that was named for him.

Now that's what I call a big ole crawfish, I may have to find me a cajun up there to show me how to eat those bad boys. Wink

Hope you know I was having a little fun with you this morning. Wink

As you said in another post, I've been a little giddy ever since I saw where the barn has a chance at another perfect season.

Actually we are going there to watch the game with our son and his LF. He called a while back and said that due to his work schedule he wouldn't be able to come down for a game this year. The next day he called back and aske would we come up there and watch a game with them if they bought our plane tickets. We couldn't say no to that. I've never been to the Northeast and I'm really looking forward to the trip. Yes, I do plan on eating one of those big lobsters.
