Saw one of the great TV news headlines of all time recently. The story was about the whole Anthony Weiner scandal in NY and Hillary Clinton's involvement. The headline?

Cute.  But it should be in the political site (Prez Mansion).  Banging your head against the wall.

I thought it was funny. Apparently not everyone likes a good Weiner joke.  Wink

Okay, to get back into a sharing mode, I'll share a photo of a knife I bought at the gun show this weekend.  It's a 1920s switchblade made by Press Button Knife Company (jigged-bone handles, German-silver bolsters, carbon-steel blade).

This pic is actually from the web.  I was too lazy to photograph mine.  I love these old knives.  This one has a patent date of March 8, 1892 stamped on it.  Cool.

Morning everyone.  Coffee

Whew, do I ever have some jet lag this morning. My great idea of playing golf and fishing this weekend never happened. On Saturday the honey-do jar was waiting for me and I put hay in the barn most of the afternoon yesterday. I found some muscles that I didn't know I still had, they are all sore this morning. That's a far cry from playing golf and fishing. As soon as day breaks this morning I'll be getting on the tractor to mow the pasture before the rain gets here mid week. Oh well, somebody has got to do it and Mrs. J says it's better me than her. Have a great day. Cheesy

Mow the pasture?  May I suggest a couple horses or goats?

I've got some horses but to have goats, I would have to put a 10 ft chainlink fence around the pasture with razor wire at the top to keep them in it.

Gooooood Afternoon CRS...

I'm glad to see that everyone has been staying busy.  My Bride and I had another good morning on the river together Saturday catching 22 channel cats between 1 and 4 pounds and 4 hand sized bream.

Here's a before picture of 22 channel cats in the in the ice chest...

Here's an after picture of 44 fillets in the kitchen sink...

Please note that all fillets will soon be released into 375 degree peanut oil with the date and location of said release to be named later  Wink

Leroy, if you and Mrs. L don't ease up, you are going to have catfish on the endangered list. Those are some nice fish. Applause E-Cred

$40?

Listed for $1250 in Erickson's "Book of American Switchblades".
Naturally, my having excellent negotiation skills provided me the edge.  Smiley
I got it for 1/3 that (and was very happy).
