An ugly win and a lucky win sets the table for an old fashioned Iron Bowl. There will be some tall talking coming out of Lee County the next two weeks.

Morning gents. Lackluster performance last night, but in the end a win is a win. I would start thinking about the Iron Bowl, but I am afraid CNS would find out and come up here and PROCESS me.

There aren't many games to be won with 4 turnovers, but Bama managed last night. We only thought the CSU game was ugly. Last night was the ugliest of wins, but you're right, a win is a win. Time to fine tune things against Chattanooga and then get ready to extract the golden horseshoe from the barn.

Chech, you've been a busy man sending us all of this weather, I hope you are ready for a break.

It is Monday and I've already been receiving a lot of requests for tickets to Saturday's game. I thought I was done with the heavy preparation tailgateing this year but my daughter has advised me it was not. She is bringing some folks down from Tennessee and then I get a phone call from a high school classmate in Georgia that is bringing a bunch for the game and is prepared for a tailgate party. Then, I watch the weather report for Saturday and you guessed it, rain. Chech, I need your help on this one.

I hope everyone has a wonderful day and I'm thinking about you Mrs. L and Leroy, I hope things have improved.

The special "Chaac long-range forecast" indeed calls for rain on Saturday.  I'll see if he'll consider sending the weather farther south toward 2.
