Going to be in the 80's today. I'm supposed to play golf, but I'm worn out from yesterday. Not sure I'll make it. We'll see.

Any 80 mph bass boats?

It was very quiet on the lake with the exception of my grandson and the little boy that was there playing with him. The only boats we saw were tied to the dock. The company and food was very good, though.

at the price gas is at ... I can understand no boats out
plenty of them tied up or on trailers around here too
 

well ? did GS catch one ? or two , or ..... ?   

Naw, he and the other boy were too busy burning up energy running around and playing. Pinning him down to teach him how to fish or play golf would be like trying to teach the Tasmanian Devil dining etiquette.

I discovered a few things along the way

1) kids don't know why it's called "fishing" and not "catching"
2) when starting them out make sure there is more "catching" than "fishing"
3) they don't care what kind of fish it is as long as it's on "their" line

hope it helps in class , it's a great tool to use ...

we have been using this satellite and it's image capabilities for
some really worthwhile purposes too ... like fishing

speaking of smart azz answers ...

so , I'm up in Canada , the British Columbia part east of Vancouver
I'm shopping in this small store and I finally get up to the check out counter 

the lady working the counter says "that will be all for ya' , Aye ? "
so I pull out money to pay her and she starts to count back my change

the money she was counting me back was Canadian and in different colors
so I point out that the money I gave her was all the same color
that's when she says ... and I quote ...

"we make the bills different colors so we can tell them apart from each other"

to which I replied ....
"whatever , we just but numbers on ours and it works great"

she missed the humor , went right over her head !
after some choice words and about 15 AYE's ?

I don't think I can go back to that particular store anymore ...
