Good morning everybody. My wife had er surgery Monday and all went well. The Doctor says he got all the cancer but it remains for the pathologist to determine how well it all went. She is really sore but is sitting up in chairs. It is going to be several days yet before home bound. GOD BLESS you all for prayers and thinking of her. We love all of you. God Bless. That is good news. It will take some time for her to recover but she will be back on that riding lawnmower very soon. LOL

That is wonderful, ricky! Praise God that things have gone well so far, and we will continue to keep her and you in our prayers.

As a side note, mrs. cbbama and little cbbama arrived back home safely this evening from Birmingham. So happy to have them home; life is a little boring here on my own!

I caught mostly Brown Trout, but these rainbows jumped more and fought harder.  Fun times!  Take a kid to Yellowstone.  Great pacle for a trip.

We will be heading for Lake Martin this morning to spend the holiday weekend. This will be the first time in 10 years that I have not done the grilling out for the 4th. Whatever shall I do? 

I guess I'll be the guarder and drinker of cold adult beverages.

Hope everyone in the path of the little hurricane fares well.  Looks like the only damage is downed trees and sand erosion.  Best anyone could hope.

today and your pics remind me of the 4th of July I spent at Glacier Lake
most beautiful fireworks display I've ever seen , bar none
