WOW! that is a good fish my friend. Do they taste good? I have never eaten one. RTR!
That's a nice fish.

You've never had trout, ricky?  Those trout taste as good as they look.

Whew, my head has been doing nothing but spinning the last few days as I've had to adjust my schedule a little bit to get all the things that need to be done each day done. I've refused to give in to Mrs J's demands of wanting to help out a little and today she had some instances that made her understand that she's not quite ready to do the daily chores. She has improved some but she has some healing to do.

I've missed out on all of the Bama recruiting news, which looks outstanding, and I don't mean just football. Football has been doing great though but it looks like basketball and softball has made some noise as well.

I hope everyone has been doing well and again, thanks to all of you for your all of your thoughts and prayers.

Mrs J needs to rest and let the old man do the work.  Nothing important enough to warrant her starting back too soon.  The horses can exercise themselves for a few days.  Those beasts can be dangerous!

Applause E-Cred Is that a shorse or a hark? Looks plenty menacing whatever it is.

J, I know y'alls world has been turned upside down, the past several days. I'm sure that after the blow she took, that healing will definitely take some time. You tell her that Doctor 2 said to take it easy. Also, give the horses some Benedril. That ought to chill them out for a while.

Now that is one of the most professional doctor names that I have ever heard. Laughing

She had a better day today, I think she has a better understanding of patience now. She goes to the orthopedics tomorrow so we should have a much better idea of how much damage is in the shoulder area and the time frame for the healing. The shoulder injury might be a helpful thing though in slowing her down some for the head injury to heal.  some.

Mrs 2 is finally learning how to slow down out of necessity too.

Please keep us posted on Mrs' J's progress. I hope the shoulder injury isn't too bad.

Did you try the Benedril on the horses?

No but one certain horse almost got more than a Benedril this morning. My thoughts of how Mrs. J got hurt seems to be pretty accurate.

No Catch I've never had trout. When I went to Red Lobster for Christmas a couple of times I had crab legs never got to taste trout. I hope to someday. RTR!

Ricky, I wish you could eat a couple of these fresh trout.  But then, it's catch-and-release fishing here at Yellowstone (with minor exceptions).

First time I visited here, years ago, my son and I had fresh trout over a campfire.  Very tasty.

I think if J had his way, he would accommodate you, especially with the one horse he's talking about. J, just one word, think about it: gelding.

That sure is a purty catch there. I see they must have a limit on what you catch? I would say to be able to fish in different places like that must be a challenge. Really enjoy the pics of the scenery also. RTR!

You have one hand on the fish and one on the net.  How are you taking the picture?

He said he has a GoPro. I'm guessing it's a still shot from that.

Here was yesterday's catch.  Can you name the species?

Also caught plenty of Brown Trout.  This one was right below a mountain (beautiful scenery).  "LOOK, NO-HANDS CAMERA!"

Answer to the quiz: Mountain Whitefish

The look of the stream and that tree line over to the right makes it seem peaceful there. RTR!
