J made the mistake of going in halvesies with me on some lottery tickets. Since he can't get them in Alabama, I got them. Mistake! Those lottery numbers were worse than my bowl pickems. There went my retirement plan.  Sad

I won the lottery last evening. I didn't buy a ticket so I didn't lose any money. Since none of you won the lottery, I guess my borrowing 50,000 dollars for my needs is our of the question. rofl, RTR!

There will be another day 2 and we will show them the next time.

Maybe some day the State of Alabama will crawl out of the Stone Ages and become a little more into what the rest of the country provides their citizens.

A coworker's wife hit 4 numbers on one of her PB entries.  4 numbers = $100.  5 numbers would have been a cool million.  (Also 4 numbers + PB would have been $50k).  Got a lot of sad $100 winners out there.

There were hundreds of the striped seastars, all quite dead. 
Everyone there told us it was due to a red tide.  But there was a fleet of shrimpboats anchored offshore, and I thought, "Hmmm".
