OMG, we lost power at Ole Miss at 7:30 this morning.  The internet has been off all day, power keeps surging, and it's flooded.  The sidewalks are creeks, and the streets rivers.  I gave up and came home.  Thank God for a garage.  Never seen such heavy rain.

3 1/2" at my house.  It's about done (so is the saturated soil).

That's a lot of rain, but could have been worse. Glad it wasn't. We have an 80% chance of rain for the next 3 days.

Supposed to go to the home opener of the P'cola Blue Wahoos game tomorrow night with some friends. That may not happen.

Sending good thoughts to Mrs. 2 today.  Hope she's up and about again, and past the icky part of her illness.

The Wahoos games sound like fun.  Hopefully we can go to a game when I'm down that way again.

Thanks, Chech. Mrs 2 only had one coughing spell last night and says she's feeling much better, which makes me feel better.

Yeah, we will have to try and make a game. The stadium is beautiful and the games are fun, even between innings.

When I laid down last night I could hear it pounding the tin on the house and the porch. I hope everybody is well today. It look like some warmer weather might be ahead. Sure hope so. My back with the arthurtism and rheumyritits is rough right now. RTR!
