Well it looks like rain here today. Mrs Dottie is feeling better in her back but the leg is still hurting some. Probably part of it is this rainy and damp weather. Hope you all have a great day today. 92 more days till we get Jimbo. RTR!

Well, I just rolled in from Houston and I'm pooped. Funeral was very sad, but my cousin and his son held up pretty well. The church was packed. She was very well thought of.
FWIW, driving in Houston really sucks, especially in downpours. So glad to be home.

Glad you are safely home, 2.  Sad trip.  

Yes, I caught a bunch of fish yesterday; rain, thunder, and high winds ran me off the water by 2:30 yesterday, but I'd caught a bunch by then.  I went by the fly shop and restocked ($60 worth of tiny flies!).

Posted some pics of the rain, scenery, and fish from yesterday on the "West" thread.  Hope all 500 of you enjoy them!  

I had dinner last night with a buddy from Grand Junction, Colorado and his family.  I'm fishing with him and his SIL today.  We met last year for 3 trips; fun times.  They are serious and talented fishermen.  I'm dedicated, so maybe we'll have luck.

Saturday?  Enjoy it!

Good morning folks.  Great pics in the fishing thread.  2, I'm really glad that you made it home safely.  Driving in Houston sucks no matter what you are driving in, car, truck, moped, ect. and it doesn't matter about the weather either... Preacher, I hope you and Ms. Dottie are feeling well today.  Mrs. Nalt and I are going to take the kids to a fly-in north of Huntsville today.  After that I think we are going to a Corvette car show.  I have some mowing that I have to get done after that though.  I got a bad crick in my neck though so I'm not sure how riding the mower is going to go... I took three (3) Aleve last night when I went to bed but never could tell that they helped...

As your friend, I recommend against that.  I watched the numbers jump in my liver activity while at the hospital, and talked with specialists about Aleve and Tylenol.  Both are hard on your liver.  Use them sparingly, buddy.

I know a good joke about getting rid of the crick: Boudreaux and Comeaux were fishing...

Yeah, I know 3 is a lot.  The amount is actually just slightly over prescription strength.  I'm just looking for some pain relief and thought that would help. It didn't.  Also, I won't be taking that much going forward.  Might check to see if I have some hydrocodone left...

Sorry to hear about your neck, NALT. I use Bayer Back and Body. Not much more than aspirin, I think, bit it works for whatever ails me.

Preacher, I hope Mrs Dottie is better today.
