We will be under a high wind warning tomorrow. There is a high pressure system that will interact with Irma to bring us 50 MPH winds. I'll prolly be closing the office.

... and playing golf.   

No, that's today. 

Seriously, I'm trying to decide if I want to play today. We're already getting 15-20 MPH winds from the high pressure.

Go ahead and play.  Best NFL games are tonight and tomorrow.

Looks like Irma's rain arrives here at 8PM tonight.  We've got 100% chance of rain ALL DAY TOMORROW.  At least it's just rain; winds are dying in the storm.

Dallas handled the Giants last night.  Eli never got anything going, despite Dak not playing especially well.  Not much of a contest.

Hopefully we'll get another gem from CNS this week.  His response to the question about O-line play was priceless.

Hunkering down here. Supposed to be windy and rainy here all day. We are under a high wind warning until 2 am. I heard from my business partner who lives near Jacksonville. The water is rising there but not in his house......yet.  They are without power, but do have a generator. Fingers crossed for them.

Good morning folks.  Hopefully everyone here is safe and supplied for potential bad times coming.  The  weather guessers said it should start raining here tonight too but looking at the radar it appears that the rain has already reached Fort Payne and almost to Albertville so it should reach my place within a couple of hours.  We got a Robo-call yesterday saying that the schools will be closing at 11 this morning and remain closed all day tomorrow.  Has anyone heard from Preacher?  Hope he and Ms. Dottie are warm, dry and safe...
