Well doctor said my white blood count was high because of the Cancer so be it. He gave me a "Z"pack for this cold or whatever it is and put me on Vitamin "D" everyday. Found my back doctor left the VA in Birmingham so now we don't have one. lol, can't blame him though. Good evening folks go Tide. RTR!

Looks like Dominica got hammered by Hurricane Maria last night (at category 5).  That's a beautiful island.  I had students from there at Ole Miss.

Keep the Caribbean folks in your prayers.  Rough year for storms.

Update from Dominica: Widespread Devastation.

Dominica Prime Minister Roosevelt Skeritt says there are initial reports of “widespread devastation” in the small island from Hurricane Maria.

....

At one point, he lost the roof to his own official residence.  "The winds are merciless! We shall survive by the grace of God," Skerrit wrote.  He had to be rescued.

Well, I got the ok to head up to Nashville this weekend to watch Bama get beat by the mighty Commodores... Well, I don't really expect that to happen but I will enjoy watching the game with the middle son if I can get a couple of tickets outside the stadium...

Yesterday Finebaum was reporting that Vandy fans planned to not sell their tickets this year.  Most years they just sell to Bama fans, but this year they're inspired.

Yesterday Finebaum was reporting that Vandy fans planned to not sell their tickets this year.  Most years they just sell to Bama fans, but this year they're inspired.

 

They still have several seats available on their website.  I don't like the price but don't really blame them.  After all, it IS Bama they're playing... Looking at those seats at $110 each I might just go alone...TBD...

Doggone colds this year seem to be holding to people longer for some reason. Hey the Vandy fans need to be happy.
